　　and TB/T 3053.2-2002 Digital Dispatch Communication System：Technical Requirement and Test Method of Dispatcher (Orderly) Terminal.
　　The main changes with respect to the previous editions (TB/T 3053.1-2002，TB/T 3053.2-2002)are listed below：
　　—The contents related to the interoperability within different dispatch communication systems and between dispatch communication system and GSM-R system are added;
　　—The requirements on networking， function and performance of the system are added;
　　—The contents related to the types of system interface as well as the interface signaling are added.
　　This part is proposed and managed by Beijing National Railway Research &- Design Institute of Signal & Communication.
